Classification of fitness and skill levels
Beginner - Currently not fit. No experience with exercises and equipment
Intermediate – Fit. Little or no experience with exercises and equipment
Advance - High Intensity interval Training Fit. Experience with all exercises and equipment
All of our classes dedicate a portion to working on technique. Low to moderate intensity levels are encourage for all beginner and intermediate clients. Attention is given to clients to work on proper execution of technique.
