Plyo Boxes, short for plyometric boxes, are a great tool for doing box jumps.  Plyometric box jumps not only improve power and strength, they also burn a significant amount of calories when done in higher sets. They can be utilized for a wide range of exercises with  your imagination being the only limit to their application. Our Plyo Boxes are manufactured in a slant side format from 3/4" plywood  to assure strength and stability  with a wide base so even a slight miss will get you on top safe sound. Unlike open sided metal products which are highly unstable and will not forgive missed jumps and can lead to injury. All of our boxes come complete with antiskid rubber to matting. We offer standard sizes of 15, 20, and 25"  (30 and 35" special order) sizes and are priced as unfinished. If custom paint or finishing is required pricing by quotation only. Our boxes can be ordered either assembled or unassembled ready for shipment.
