BMSfit Classification of fitness and skill levels

  • Beginner – Currently not fit. No experience with exercises and equipment
  • Intermediate – Fit. Little or no experience with exercises and equipment
  • Advanced – High Intensity interval Training Fit. Experienced with all exercises and equipment

All of our classes dedicate a portion to working on technique. Low to moderate intensity levels are encourage for all beginner and intermediate clients. Attention is given to clients to work on proper execution of technique.
