If you are in need of ideas for workouts we post our Kettlebell, Body weight and  Clubbell session on our site in the Daily Session section. Joe Svilpa posts them daily from Monday to Friday. This is not just another program....

This is not just another Program. This is one of the most Motivating and Challenging experiences I have had. I have learned more than anticipated and more importantly have had the most fun while reaching my fitness goals.
